Not sure what to ask or where to begin? Here are some questions we may want to start off with, so that we get a proper profile of your exact requirement.
 
Where are your boxes currently stored?
How many boxes do you have, and what size are they?
What is the general condition of the boxes?
How often do you retrieve from these boxes?
What method of indexing do you use for your files? (e.g. Box level or file level within the box.)
Do you have retention and destruction plans?

Next, you'll receive an agreement spelling out our responsibilities and terms. A time convenient to you is scheduled, to pickup your data.

All boxes are barcoded for traceabililty. As the boxes enter our facility, we will index them or we will use your existing index to associate a barcode with the box description. Finally, they are placed on the storage racks.

We will collect important information from you such as which which individuals in your company have access and retrieval rights to your inventory, and we strictly maintain that confidence.
